The Brexit transition period is ending on the 31st of December 2020. Read below what you as a UK customer can expect when shopping at SAKI going forward. Please note that we might at any time revise this information and ask you to always read the below information and the terms and conditions before placing an order. 
 
Please note:
Due to adjustments to new regulations concerning trade between the EU and the UK, the webshop is currently closed for the UK market. We hope to be up and running again soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when you can shop as usual again.

WHAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO UK ORDERS FROM 2021?
 
SAKI ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered At Place (DAP), which means you as a buyer have to pay for all import customs clearance, duties, and taxes upon delivery. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be, please contact your local customs office for more information. 
 
Due to VAT regulations in the UK, we will at the moment not accept any order from the UK below the amount 135 GBP. We hope to be able to do so as soon as possible.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN, IS THE PROCEDURE THE SAME AS BEFORE?
 
Depending on when you made your purchase, follow one of the follow instructions:
 
Orders placed before the 28th of December 2020
Before making a return you must contact us on customer.service@saki.se. Please name the subject line "Return UK" and remember to state your order number, name, address and which items you wish to return. We will then help you create a commercial invoice and at the same time notify DHL about your return and that the purchase was made during 2020. You will still be able to use the return note provided from us, but without a valid commercial invoice and the DHL notification you would have to pay additional customs and duties at the border. 
 
Orders placed after the 28th of December 2020
Before making a return you must contact us on customer.service@saki.se. Please name the subject line “Return UK” and remember to state your order number, name, address, telephone number, email and which items you wish to return. We will then help you create a commercial invoice and a return label. Without a valid commercial invoice you would have to pay additional customs and duties at the border. All returns should be sent with SAKI’s recommended return service only. We will not pay any additional delivery costs if you return the order to us in any other way. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
