WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If the desired item is out stock, click on the desired size to see if additional shipping information appears below. If there is no additional information, the item is sold our in the Online Shop. 
To see which stores that might have the product in stock, click on the button Find Store.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
A return should be made within 14 days from date of arrival. For a return to be accepted the item must be in the same condition as when received.

We do not apply exchange orders, new items are ordered on the website.
 
Please note that items cannot be returned to stores that sell SAKI products.

The SAKI Online Store accepts both payment with card, invoice and partial payment.

Please note that correct email and physical address information are required when placing an order.
 
When placing an order using credit cards, your card is debited with the purchase amount once SAKI has sent you the order confirmation email. We work in cooperation with Klarna (Sweden) and DIBS (Denmark) that handle all card information; no card information is handled by us. All transactions are encrypted and we have the support of 3D-secure, all for customer safety.
 
Invoice payment is done in cooperation with Klarna and Klarna payment terms apply. Note that orders made with Klarna invoice can only be placed by Swedish residents. Klarna invoice payment is a secure and simple way of making purchases online. You are never required to give your contact information and always able to pay after the order has been delivered. Benefits of Klarna invoice payment include:

HOW DOES THE SHIPPING WORK?
We use PostNord MyPack for all deliveries within Sweden and Denmark.

Our goal is to deliver your order within 2–3 working days. Please note that delivery time can vary due to season and conditions outside of our control. 

For all non-collected packages a fee will be debited, corresponding to costs of service fees, return shipping and handling.
